HISTORY
Alison Graham, a registered massage therapist, has been working
in health and fitness for close to 20 years, and has also worked
as an RMT for 14 years. She studied at the University of Ottawa
graduating with a B.Sc. in Health Sciences (Kinanthropology). She
has also earned a certificate for level 2 Craniosacral therapy,
a treatment for people of all ages, known to treat stress, migraines,
pains, fatigue, TMJ as well as many other problem areas, discomforts
and injuries.
In her past employments, Alison was a consultant for Ottawa’s YM-YWCA
where she taught fitness and conducted fitness appraisals. She was
also a consultant for fitness Canada, Bell Canada and Canada Mortgage
and Housing.
Alison participates in many physical and sporting activities. She
was part of her high school’s basketball team as well as its field
hockey team. She did horseback riding and jumping. She likes mountain
biking, running and skiing downhill as well as cross-country. She
also enjoys water sports such as kayaking, whitewater canoeing,
sailing and competitive swimming.
